Project

I thought it would be fun to take some of my extra parts that may not get used for a while and build a rat rod 1952 Ford pickup.  I teach in a high school so the Christmas break will be a great time to try to do this project.  My good friend Will has left me with a very nice Chassis that came from his 1946 ford pickup. It is subframed and already set up for a small block Chevy.  This should help make the process go faster.  I have a 327 with double hump heads and a powerglide that will be used for the project.  We have an old 1952  F6 that we can harvest the cab and front clip.  It has lots of surface rust.  Saturday morning will be day one with the removal of the cab.  My son and I will hook up a boom to our Ford-5000 tractor and begin the 14 day challenge.  Stay tuned for pictures and daily updates.
